I came across Evelyn on TikTok while trying to find ways to regulate my period. My IUD had recently come out, and I had been on some form of birth control for six years. My periods were always irregular, I would go months without one and started BC pills in hopes to regulate it. This brought PMS and horrible, debilitating cramps and heavy bleeding.
Now, wrapping up on my journey with Evelyn, I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am. Within the first month, I received my first period in three whole years. It was amazing, and I wasn’t even expecting it because I never received those pre-period cramps, and my mood hadn’t changed in any way.
